That makes it seem there will be the normal quest and hopefully the wintersday chest so i can get my polar bear

There are some bugs for now it seems: i can get the quest save the reindeer (on a char that already did it) but upon mapping it vanishes from the quest log.

Also, Tolkano isn't offering Snowball Tournaments. Is this intended?

Could you ask them make sure we'll be able to log on when they "fix it"?

i hope they redux the lack of hats during the finale and redux the redux creating an infinite loop and causing guild wars to explode.

Seriously though, I'm not terribly surprised that there are bugs in the system! They're probably still working out the kinks from the update whoopsies. As long as I get to snowball it up later I'm happy.

When shall the Rift Warden be appearing? I see decorations, etc. but not the Warden. I'm in LA, D1.

Ahh, so this explains why my second account could not get 1 of the festival hats (tried 2 additional times, in low numbered districts, also fails). My main account got both, so I wasn't overly upset.

He usually takes a few days to appear.

Yeah, the rift warden usually doesn't appear right away.
