Ok, right off the bat I want to refer you to the following threads which are currently stickied at the top of this forum:
- Greens & Other Unique Items (all campaigns) Price Guide
- Minipet & Everlasting Tonic Price Guide - (Updated 16th Jan 2010)

Between those two threads above, everything you asked about a price for is mentioned. I'm not sure how much recent data there is, but those are always good places to check first - just FYI!

As for your Destroyer items, I think you mean "Aptitude not Attitude" on the scepter - "forget me not" applies only to foci.

For both of them, I would use a perfect salvage kit to remove the inscriptions and sell them separately. (You can scan through the recent replies to the Components Price Guide to get a feel for current market value on those. Alas, no one keeps the OP of that thread up to date with reports these days.) It is not that hard to get 30k+ for a perfect "forget me not" inscription right now. The other mods are worth less, but at least the 20 HCT "Aptitude Not Aptitude" alone is probably easily 8k (not sure - haven't dealth with that one lately.)

Personally I wouldn't bother with the wand wrap and the focus core, as I don't find buyers often enough to warrant taking them off.

The destroyer items themselves you can estimate the current cost based on how much it would cost to craft them. All destroyer weapons cost 10 diamonds, 10 onyx, 100 iron, 250 granite and 5k to craft. So a quick check of the material trader NPCs will give you a rough idea on how much a destroyer item costs to make today.

Agreed...... and for the destroyer weapons they go usually for 15-20k
