Looking for a High End PvE guild

I'm searching for a guild that likes to do UW, HM dungeons and vanqs. I've never done a lot of SC runs but I would like to do them.

I've been playing for 3 years and 10 months.
My primary charater is a mesmer with 15 maxed titles and I wish to max 15 more . I have characters across all professions except for paragon and dervish. I'm from Europe and play mostly during evening hours.
