Prelimary PvE update notes?
Xsiriss
Does the promise of notes before the update apply to the pve update? Just wondering really,no great expectations.
IrishX
Don't think so. The only reason the PvP ones were released early was because the update was coming two days before the mAT.

Really, there's no reason to have prelim update notes for PvE in the first place.

In fact, having prelim update notes for PvE would be a horrible decision, as these changes will have a massive impact on the economy and turn it upside down as is, give people advanced warning and you could easily look at a crash.

Yeh you see this is what I was thinking, and why I asked. It would be fine for maybe the hammer and tactics changes (maybe...),but there's no sense in releasing a fraction of the update notes...logic prevails I guess.

yea it could allow ppl a early look into what they could run and create counters to the nerf.
it would also allow ppl to get a good idea how bad the market will crash when it happens.(i.e: they could change SF to 60 second recharge so ppl look for a way to decrease re-charge, so SF wouldnt be nerfed very bad;p)
just my 2 cents.

However, on the few occasions in the past when they released preliminary notes, no amount of community feedback could get them to scrap a really bad idea or replace an idea with a better alternative someone in the community thought up. So....

Well, IF they were interested in community feedback, that would be an excellent reason.

They already have feedback from the test krewe, I doubt they need more feedback from the rest of the community.

To add to that: there's always people who don't like something in an update, and there's always someone who has a "better" idea. You can't please everyone.
