ive bought one for 15k and sold em for anywhere up to 40k. so there can be a good bit of variance depending on how tough the nicholas farms had been the prior couple of weeks as well.

Have sold a few easy for 40k clean

15-25k nowadays

Personally I'd say ~30k, but it's not unheard of to sell them up to (and if you're really lucky, above) 40k still.
