Pleikki's ~20k guess seems about on target to me. You might get some +/- depending on effort and luck with selling.
About a month ago, I bought an r9 non-insc. Fire Wand with 20HSR Fire and +5^50 for a 45k b/o on a thread here. Since I wanted an inherent fire wand for something special, I didn't feel like the 45k price was outrageous.
The seller had it PCed at this link around the same time. Getting those kind of prices requires the attention of one or more buyers who want the inherent stats instead of the inscribable version of your wand - which could be built pretty easily with 10k or less worth of parts. So be prepared to take less if you're not up for spending a fair bit of time selling it.

30-40k imo - perhaps a bit more or less - 20/10 is a bit harder to find than 20/+5e and more wanted imo.
