I believe image uploading websites such as ImageShack will resize images for you; you can try that. I doubt anyone would make 100x100 images from scratch.
PS: If you want to change your Guru username to something else (other than an email address), just PM a supermod or admin (their names are in italics).

Step 2) Save it
Step 3) Open it into Word, Powerpoint, whatever
Step 4) Shrink it
Step 5) Save it again
Easy as pie.
