Critical Agility Doubt

Hey, im a primary Assasin, with all the campaigns. I cannot find Critical Agility. I checked in Kamadan (Pikin) and he only lets me get 3 skills. I am Sunspear Rank 3. What must i do to get it?

I think he also gives them, but try the other places? like Sunspear great hall

Also to add to the above i think if i remember correctly you need to be rank 6 sunspear to get the pve only skills from the hero skill trainer other than that good luck
