looking for a kurz guild

I have only been playing for 3 months (20+ hours a week). My main is a Warrior/Paragon and has just got his elite canthan armor after beating Shiro with heroes and henchman in under 2 minutes which I thought was quite impressive
I have done a bit of PvP in order to get my Kurz rep up (currently 250k) but I am now getting to the stage where some of the end-game objectives are a bit beyond the capabilities of heroes and henchmen.

I am based in the UK and am usually online between 18:00 & 22:00 GMT Mon -Thurs much later on Fridays and Saturdays (wife permitting, she works a late shift during the week)

I have had 3 years experience with WoW and was until recently the GM of a successful raiding guild.

Ideally, I would like a guild to consist of more adult members without too much stress or hassle and with an emphasis on enjoying the game. Vent or TS would be useful too. Other than that I'm easy
