got some questions for you guys who have been doing this for awhile....when you run perma what is your health and energy levels at while using 20 percent daggers? is there a way to keep energy up...with the daggers im at 40 energy and using the gos,dp,sf costs 30 energy leaving me with 10...ive tried using some of the dwarven skills that cost adrenaline instead and that seems to work ok but not great. last question is if anyone in here runs any sort of perma training to help out. thanks
