Fastest way to consume tonics?

I looked on the forum but haven't found it addressed anywhere (though I might have missed it ofc): what's the fastest way to consume large quantities of tonics?

I read in another thread that if you click quickly you can consume 3 tonics in one go. Then it's just a matter of jumping from one lagless district to another (probably one of the Asian ones, your Guild Hall, etc).

Go to a small town like Fishermen's Haven. Go to Chinese. Consume 2. Press International and consume 2.
I consumed 250 this way in 10 minutes. The loading time was 1.2 seconds. Less People = Less Loading Time

I used a place with lots of districts (like dorks) and just clicked select new district....or when I had a bunch of the elf ones gtob and menagerie....just make sure you click fast and you can almost always get 2 at a time!

Very dumb mistake there. Took SS too.
EDIT: This is how they get your IP. The admin sees your IP address in every post. Someone at ANET private messages the admin for your IP. The admin tells them and they ban you. They also got proof too since you admitted it. Also probably many people like me screen shot your post. Good luck!!

If you have stacks of yuletide or transmorfic tonics you can use the sulfurous wastes. Take some fastcast rez heros and flag them safe go die in sulfur in range they will auto rez you. No zoning necessary, just mindless clicking.

Ty for tips, pple. Sorry for foolish question, but what is macro? I really don't see it needed but I'm curious. Also, how would anet know if you are using macro or jumping dists and using tonics "manually"?

Otherwise known as a 'Bot'. Any program that can run without you being on the computer to gain gold or any other benefits illegitimately. They tend to run on an extremely precise moments that most people couldn't continuously do by themselves. I don't know the specifics, but they have logs that record the times and frequencies.

sad i didn't see it couple hours ago though, i could have used it but i will for my last stack
I don't have a 55hp set for char i want to use tonics on, but for those who can, try to get 1hp+vampiric weapon with 3 triple UA spammers heroes much faster & shorter : insta rez + die in 500ms is nice
(I suggest one's get inspired from my (optimized) Hero builds here)Along with the double tonics uses tip (thanks for this one),
for other normal tonics (that can be used in outposts only) :
- open your GH dialogbox and inventory (F9) and put your tonics vertically on 5 inventory slots
- from now always map-travel to the GH next to slot you've just used tonics from

and you are talking about basic design and implementation of a bot without any randomness
(and randomness of bots can be profiled too)
you can't assume anything about they are logging or not or when.

Yes, used that already to use dp removal candies, though they generally sell for more than their title point values,

it says nowhere in the policy that guru gives anet ip addresses linked to your account or your posts.

edit: i wouldn;t do it, but its pretty easy to write a program that generates a random number for how long between clicks a mouse auto-clicker would click and would also have a random time that it takes breaks etc etc. its not hard at all. you just have to be smart

For a fairly quick way to use lots of normal tonics, try the following:
1) Go to Gate of torment
2) Use a tonic
3) port to Shadow nexus (no need to map travel)
4) Use a tonic
5) go back to step 1.
It saves a little time not having to map travel... if you can combine this with fast clicking you can use up a stack pretty fast. Good hunting.

A macro is a series of pre-programmed keystrokes. Many gaming keyboards come with the ability to record macros, and there is software available that can also be used. (Some of the software that comes with mice can also do this.)
(I'm not too sure how well a macro can be used to automate tonic consumption.)
You are more likely to be banned when using a bot (such as a drunkard bot) then when simply using a macro.

As for using macros, I'd love to hear an official say on it. Gaming keyboards were mentioned, and most of them do have macro buttons, so who knows? (Logitech G19, for example..
