list of allowed characters in local/guild/alliance/... chat, guild announcement

hi,

does anyone know, which characters (beside asian, kryllic,...) i can use in local/team/... chat, or does a list of characters exists.
I'm most interestes in symbols like stars, arrows, smilies, etc... If I have to switch to asian charset, I have no problem with that...

At team chat guild chat and alliance chat u can send w/e you want.at all it's restricted.you can send at all chat only if you are in explorable area or in pvp.
