Hey, I recently started to run gloom, and I always mess up at the part with the quest.

Which quest? There are three of them I believe.
EDIT: Your attributes are all screwed up. Take +3 off DA, Put +1 on SA, make Earth 12. Get the exact stats from wiki.
These should be your stats after adjustments:
Shadow Arts: 12+3+1
Earth Magic: 12
Deadly Arts: 3
