WTB: 20/20 Water Staff, non-inscribable

Hi,

I'd like a r9 Water Staff with either the standard core skin or, preferably, with the Canthan metallic skin. It must be non-inscribable with an inherent "Halves casting time of Water Magic spells (Chance: 20%)" mod on it.

Without mods, it should look like this:

Quote: Water Staff
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Water Magic)
Halves casting time of Water Magic spells (Chance: 20%) Please let me know if you have something. Cheers.
