Coffers of Whispers

so i was wondering in your guys opinion wat is a better way to get a an armbrace thru coffers or just buy the armbrace directly thru gemstones.

unless you're luckier than i am i would go with the gemstones vs the coffers, ive opened prob 50-60 coffers and never gotten a mallyx or armbrace.

You can get the Armbrace from the Coffer or from the Spirit, but since chance is involved with the Coffer, many choose to go for getting the 60 Anguish Gemstones. And similar to opening chests, opening a Coffer of Whispers is a gambling game. The output (the item you get) may have less value than the required input (gemstones).

its all chance, ive seen someone get 2 mallyxs back to back from coffers.

Just buy the armbrace. Like the other posters have said, you might get lucky, but there is a high chance you won't.

The first coffer I opened gave me an armbrace, but that was just pure luck.

I think with the chances of getting mallyx or ambrace out of 15 coffers is pretty slim, so its better to get ambrace.

Here is some experimental drop rate tables.

According to this, Armbraces only drop about 1.3% of the time, Mallayx 1.8%

Statistically, opening 15 coffers (which is what it costs to get one armbrace), there would be a very good chance you wouldn't get a single armbrace. So if you get coffers, do it at your own risk and look into the odds.
