Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I could not find a more obvious place for this question.
What I would like to do is to embed skill icon 'on mouse over' templates on my own website, like used here in GWGuru or PvX wiki (where btw did the Wiki discuss page go? can't find it anymore). The idea is to make skillbars such as in PvX wiki. Such a template should call the 'icon host' (GWGuru or PvXWiki) to get the right information, than execute it on a private homepage. Something like Google templates in iGoogle.
Is there a way to do this?
Posting icon skill templates on a website - how?

Perhaps? It was disabled on Guru because it conflicted with the forum and stuffed up emails.

Roughly that is what I would like as endresult. But I hoped for a much easier way of implementation lol! What I had in mind was something like this:
There is this skill database at GwShack. It would be nice to embed a small web 2.0 gadget in my website where I only have to enter the text template of the skill bar. Next the gadget contacts the GwShack database and returns the skill bar display, including icons and mouse over info. Was I too optimistic?

You mean you wanted to just be able to type in/copy paste OgNTw4W+SqWgWoeQLamYTrBEMC (for example) and get the build to show up instead of a bunch of random letters? That was actually working. Look at post 107 (page 6) to see how it was done.
