here's the deal, my cousin got guild war - Eye of the north, and i have factions, so is there a way to play the game eye of the north, though he has used his serial... i mean is there something such as close account or stuff like that ??

No, if you've used your Factions keycode to set up your own account then that's your account. Once the keycode is used, it's used. There is no "undo" for keycodes.
If your cousin only has Eye of the North, he'll need to buy a campaign to go with it. EotN is simply an expansion and it isn't playable by itself.
