Amulet of the Mists weapons automaticaly customized?

Are the weapons from the Amulet of the Mists automatically customized? I have an Amulet spare, and I could use the Gavel of the Nephilim on a different PvE character who hasn't beaten Shiro (or started Factions at all). If I turn in the Amulet for a weapon, can put that weapon in the shared bank for Character B?

Nope, they won't be customized unless you do it. So you can use it on whatever character you want.
