Smer...it's non-insc. You don't salvage mods from non-insc wands. As for a real PC, I'd say 30k+, it's a rare and popular skin non-insc and it's not bad for a high set fire wand.

Sure insc version is common, but non insc version is real rare drop, and even rarer with good stats, and theres fairly many ppl who prefer non isnc>insc, I dont see trouble getting 30-50k for this..

15kish - I got a perfect r9 for 100k and i was the only one that bid..... don't see an imperfect one getting near that
