Mystery Gift question

I'm a little confused by the wording on the guild wars webpage regarding canthan new year. In one part it makes it seem like just showing up will get us the mystery gift, but then in the mystery gift description it says if we "feed the tiger" or whatever.

My question is this, do I need to give each chef all the items to make the meal to recive the mystery gift? Or do I just need to be in a district where all the meals have been made by someone?

I have a feeling it's probably a mask or something, but still I don't want to be left out on a mystery .

You just need to be in the district where the meal is accepted.

A lot of the districts are 'sponsored' by guilds so you don't need to worry too much. They generally have all the items :)

Ok cool, that takes some pressure off lol. I was afraid I'd have to take time away from farming tokens like a mad man for a chance to get a sweet celestial tiger mini .
