Experienced player LF relaxed, established guild

For starters I want to say that I will not be looking to join any guild for the moment. Right now I am the leader of a guild that is struggling to keep active members. We are trying to recruit more members to keep the guild alive however I am giving it one months time...if things do not turn around, then I am going to actively peruse a new home. Right now I am simply seeing what is out there and letting people know who I am.

About Me:
My name is Erik. I have been playing Guild Wars for four years and I enjoy teaching players how to play the game. I have seven active characters. Ranger {Barrage}, Elementalist {Fire & Air}, Necromancer {MM & SS}, Dervish {Melandru & Balthazar}, Mesmer {Domination, Illusion & Shutdown}, Monk {Smite} and Warrior {Sword & Axe}. All characters have completed all three campaigns and Eye of the North. I do not know all there is to know about Guild Wars, but I know enough to get around. I know how to farm a few different types of greens as well as ectos...earning money on my own is not a problem. I also enjoy helping and teaching inexperienced players. I log on almost daily for a couple hours between 4pm-7pm eastern time. Weekends will vary.

What I am looking for:
For starters I am not interested in faction or title farming. I enjoy playing PvE and helping others get through the game. I am looking for a guild that has been around for a little while, not a start-up, with around 15 to 30 active members. I am not looking for a guild that is huge but I am not looking for a guild that is tiny. A guild where I can be myself, chat, tell jokes. A guild with no drama...I'm almost 32...I left high school and all that goes with it years ago. A guild that does things together is a plus...whether it is quests/missions, flea market style parties where members of the guild/alliance buy and sell things amongst itself at discount prices, teaching/running dungeons, etc.
