Sorry to say, but you wasted 50K on a grip for a 15K axe.

Upgrades do not determine the value of an item. If the item is mediocre with great upgrades the only reason people are buying is probably to try and salvage to get the upgrade. Since this is a gamble the item is not worth anywhere near the value of the actual upgrade itself if you just had that. So even though the axe grip +30 might be worth 50k, I couldn't see anyone paying anywhere near that for the axe, you would get more if you successfully salvaged the grip and sold that.

I know that but the chance to get the +30hp upgrade is 00,00009
