The Dragons Blazing Kiss [DRGN] looking for mature laid back players

Intro:
After some complications such as exams, our previous guild leader and several fellow members quiting Guild Wars and some real life issues, The Dragons Blazing Kiss [DRGN] is back to rebuilding. We have been around for about 3 years and had our ups and downs, but have never fallen completely.
We have been a presearing guild in the past, we play mainly post-searing nowadays (however we still have several pre-searing players).
If you are looking for a perma pre guild, a hardcore farming/pvp guild, or a guild that aims for quantity we are not the guild for you!

"Guideline" Requirements:
1. Level 14 in Pre
OR
2. Level 20 in Post (I know, it's simple and rather stupid, but it's easy to avoid the majority of annoying newbies)
AND
3. Age 16+

As you can see, we are not looking for major experienced people since we want to establish a decent member base of friendly players. We can even make some exceptions on those requirements even though we are not asking for much. Of course, we prefer more experienced players, but we also accept rather new and unexperienced players as long they just don't act as a bunch of kids. However we have a set of rules or guidelines that we expect ALL members to follow. This is very important to be able to create a good group of members who can get along with each other.

Rules/Guidelines:
1. Be Respectful
2. No Begging or asking for freebies. If we have something to give, we will come to you.
3. No Trading in Guild/Alliance Chat, an occasional "Does anybody have a ______ for sale" is ok just no "WTS ______" spamming.
4. Kind of goes with number 3, but no spamming with anything not just trade lines.
5. We do not tolerate fighting in guild/alliance chat. If you still have the unjustified urge to start an arguement with someone, do so in whisper or/and enlighten one of the officers about the problem.
6. We want you to be active in our guild. We will kick you out of the guild if you have been offline for 3 weeks unless notified. However, you should see this as a maximum, if we find you repeatingly coming online for only a few minutes every 2 weeks orso, you might expect a kick as well.

We will be giving one warning to members who violate these rules. Please listen to that warning and fix the mistake, or it will result in a kick if more complaints are being given after the warning.

Alliance:
We are also part of the international X Peace And Love X [PaL] alliance (Luxon). The alliance furthermore includes the guild Bluud Lust [MACE]. They are a great alliance that are friendly and helpful. They also follow the same rules so all of them apply to both guild and alliance chat! Any complaints from the alliance will be taken into account.

So what is it we are mainly looking after?
We are looking for laid back and mature members who are just looking to have a good time with others. We are also doing some organized things in pve like Dungeons, Missions, and other things as an alliance but are not hardcore about it. We are furthermore very open for every other part of the game, if you for example are intrested in some pvp like AB or Codex, we can work on it and organize one or more teams.
