So, I hit the password reset option, entered my account name, and it claimed I had reset my password and that I'd get an email.
Apparently, neither is true: my old password, that I've since remembered, works great, and although I tried twice to send the email, I have no emails.
Continuing with epic fail, I see, eh, ANET?
What the hell is the point of password reset?

first of all, go to Edit Account on your character select screen then to the mailing address to ensure that you didn't change your mailing address
second of all, your old password will continue to work untill you log in with your new password
and third of all, IF the old password would stop working as soon as you hit reset password, wouldn't that just stop you from logging in because you never got your new password? Anet kinda saved your ass there, so the fail's on you

also another thing.. getting angry at the online community isnt going to make that email crawl to ur comp any faster ^^
and also.. putting "what the hell....." in your title isnt a good way of setting yourself up. It would be if u wanted about 80 trolls and their brother to come but short of that not alot ^^.

You know, funny as this may sound, I know of a guy who kept trying to reset his password and wasn't getting an e-mail. Turns out, he never told ANet his current e-mail, but somehow expected them to know it. D'oh.
