Can somebody tell me how much I can get for this, I have been away for a while and not sure what the prices are anymore thank you

Since Q12, maybe 10k. May be hard to sell, so it'd probably be easier just to sell it as:
"Wts caster modded sword." instead of "Wts Q12 Runic Blade."

Agreed with that, but usually all caster modded swords are 10k minimum, look at a Q13 elemental sword:
Caster modded is starting at 10k even though it's more common and looks crummier(IMO).

7-10k . Remove adren mod and sell it separately.

Personally i'd remove all of the mods and sell them separately.
Spending 250-300g/ea to remove them with a perfect salvage kit, you spend 750-900g removing mods that sell for (respective to order in picture): 1-2k, 5k, and 2k.
Runic skin (even high req.) doesn't have a lot of trouble getting above 5k, and up to 10k.

You'd get the most net profit here imo. (~18k)
