Password Problems

(Bit of Background info)
Today, I have been having problems with my account password.
Well I was trying to change my Guildwars account password and I entered it in with the new password. I made sure it was correct but it wouldn't work so I kept trying but it wouldn't work,so I checked my NC soft account which works fine but it doesn't recognise my guildwars password, so I've reset my guildwars password via in game.
(Sorry it's a bit of a stupid question)
When you click on the reset password button in Guildwars does it go through support?
