I got some screenshots of some guy permanently rupting my skill at exactly the same point everytime.
Cancel casting didn't work, the only time it went through was 40/40ing.
Is there a way I can report this person now the match has finished?
How do I report botters?

This. There are some keen players out there still that don't bot, and now the bots are starting to make the originally legit people look bad.

Hell, I was even called out as a "bot" about 2 years ago on there just because I mass-sync'ed 7 accounts into 1 match out of pure bordom and for some "luls". I guess sync'ing requires 1337 b0tt1|\|g h4x, amirite? *shrug*
In the end, it was nothing more than just another post on Gaile's "Bot Watch" and nothing happened to me. Oh well, just my $.02 that the wiki link given is not effective and can be mis-used. :]
edit: Ah! I found the screenshot I took from that match, here you go (multi-clienting. lol...):
.
In conclusion, I recommend you use PlayNC's support to report said "bot". Don't expect to get too far, though. I've reported countless bots for years and they never got removed from the game.
