Question for long-time players.
Akeido
I've been playing on-and-off for the duration this game has been out. I've played through all 3 campaigns on various characters, unlocked all skills, blah blah blah.
I got bored with PvE a long time ago so I started PvPing months ago. PvP is fun, but often frustrating.
I tried my hand at power trading. Now I have stacks of high-end mats. that I don't really have a use for and an am maxed out on gold.
My question would be, what do you do once you've pretty much accomplished everything? Is there anything left to do or anything fun to do that I'm missing? (I'm not excited about title grinding.)
Thanks in advance.

Depends what type of pvp your talking about, once you get a good grp of people to consistently do ha or gvg with you it can be very rewarding, often playing for many months or years depending on the activity of the people you play with

If you say PvP is often frustrating then you sound like someone who would rage. Depending on what kind of PvP rage isnt wanted. If your gunna quit then give ur shyt away and quit. If there is truly nothing left to do just quit.

go get GWMMM and if u already got that then..go get r15 or try for glad12.. those should keep u busy until GW2 guarantee if not then..give your stuff away if u want and quit

You sound like you're raging right now. I WILL give it up if I find nothing better to do. This thread was me asking veteran players what they do once they've accomplished what they set out to accomplish (titles, vanquishing, campaign completion, etc.). I think you need to relax.

That's quite a shot in the dark. I never rage. When I say it's frustrating, I'm talking about quitters and general PvP a-holes who are just plain rude. I don't mind getting beaten, because to be honest, I'm not great at PvP in comparison with the people I've run into.

Bottom line, If there's nothing left to do. Quit the game

And give a new person like me all your stuff!
Ugh
-Play through the game on any classes you haven't already played
-Try some PvP arenas that you haven't done much of (things like AB and FA are very relaxed and usually have less ragers)
-Learn to PvP with a new class
-Make a perma-pre character
-Do any side quests you haven't already done
-Finish your HoM
-Get the non-grindy titles (if you've done so already, try it on a new character)
-Learn various farms
-Quit and come back when the next skill update takes place (should be soon)
-Quit for a longer period of time and come back when GW seems appealing again

The advice to "quit" is not meant as a put-down. This game is designed to be casual gamer friendly, so most long-time players take breaks from it. We see the threads here in Q&A all the time - "I haven't played in 6 mos., 8 mos., two years." Think of the break as a vacation from the things that have begun to make playing GW not fun.

If you haven't done so already then go fill your HoM.
