Uninscr colosal pick

Ive got this. I'm still learning uninscriable stuff so i'd like some help.

gold/inscr
Shocking Colossal Pick
q11 hammer/max dmg
Lightning dmg 19-35
Dmg+15 enchanted

Any ideas? If it's worthless, how do i know what uninscribable stuff is worth anything?

* max stats
* low requirement
* commonly useful inherent mod (or mods, if the item is not moddable)

so, for example, q8 oni blades with inherent 15^50 will be worth a little fortune, while q11 hammer with 15^enchanted is, imho, merch food. but try to get more pcs.
