Which Class Experiences Most Endgame Content?

I used to play Guild Wars around 2 years ago and was an elementalist. I was needed as a terra tank etc in FoW & UW, but then I stopped playing. I deleted my character (stupid mistake) aswell. Anyway, now I'm wanting to get back into GW in preparation for GW2 (So I can fill up my HoM etc) and was just wondering which class is needed for end game content.

I'd like to start doing FoW/UW etc again, but don't want to pick a class that is rarely needed when it comes to endgame dungeons. I heard that Assassins are needed, but on the other hand it seems that the vast majority of people play sins these days, so that's sorta putting me off.

Anyway, I'd appreciate hearing from you guys regarding this, thanks in advance

In the word experience, if you mean do alot/all, then I would say monk or assassin.

On the other hand, if you mean fun-wise, I would go with Dervish.

Necromancer is something of a universal class, as it can handle a variety of builds for various situations. Elementalist as well, though not quite as versatile, holds quite a bit of damage and desire for backline positions.

At the moment, I say monk and rits. Even when the 600 nerf hits, it wont stop the capability of monks when it comes to farming.

Actually, Dont Cause Drama is right. For now, at least.

Best to search for an active guild, that way, any profession goes.

Basically, what you see in Speed Clears are 3 fold:

1. Sinway (with Permas, obviously)
2. 600/Smite (with Monks/maybe a Mes bonder/Ranger for QZ)
3. Manlyway (Warriors for Hundred Blades, Necros for Mark of Pain)

So that's half the cast or so. Play what you like though, you can balanced or even hero most of the game now.

i'll let you decide based on current meta:

fow:
3 permas (sins preferred, but any caster class possible)
2 hundred blades (warriors preferred, but any class possible)
1 mark of pain (nec preferred, but any caster class possible)
1 EoE (rt/r or r/rt)
1 UA (monk preferred)

lots of pickup groups available. guild teams may run different builds.

uw:
6 permas (sins preferred, but any caster class possible)
1 SoS, EoE and PI (rt/r or r/rt)
1 e/mo bonder

pug teams and guild teams generally use this setup.

DoA is only guild teams as far as I've seen. But there's builds for every type of class to make it through, though sin tanks, eles/mesmers/necros casters and monk backline are most popular.

Ele can run many farming builds, so can rits. I don't recommend sin or monk because they're both going to get nerfed pretty soon.

i'd go monk/rit/necro?

i'm no expert but there should always be a need for healers right?
necromancers are useful in a lot of areas
ritualists can do healing also, however spirit spamming is fun ^^;

Given the time it will take to achieve your aims I don't see any class as better or worse than any other.
Who knows what class or build will be the wanted in parties in say a years time.

Go for the class you enjoy playing the most because it will be with you for a long long time.

Also since you can use heroes, Henchmen, summoning stones and consumables you can go solo if it becomes unpopular.
