I can't find anyone who knows the price of this item in game -

q8 gold +12 energy +10 armor while health below 50%

It's unmoddable and noninscribable...wondering if the +12 q8 is worth much.

Probably not too much, maybe 5k is my guess. The reason why is it doesn't have an inherent mod, and the second reason is the other mod isn't on demand.
