Tattered Girl's Cape & Zehtuka's Flatbow

I've been looking for a Tattered Girl's Cape and Zehtuka's Shortbow for a long time, and haven't been able to find them. I know the cape doesn't spawn anymore, which makes it even harder to find a player that has one and is willing to sell.

That being said, I really really want to get those two somehow (especially the cape), so I decided to look here.
