just like the title says it is a shield in pre searing. the armor is 8 which is the max it can have with no req and its white

Merch. Only dual and charr mod shields are worth anything in pre.

Agreed, and although this may be max armor for a non-req shield, even if this were better modded, IMO I'd take the one with the Req due to you have so many extra att. points and why not take a better defending shield? Just IMO. ^^
