how to start the game ?!

Install the program, first of all. I don't think you need explaining down to the tiniest detail.

Click the shortcut button on the desktop. It'll connect to Arenanet and download the updates.

Then you need to make an account (use CD key from your game box).

It will -also- be in your 'All Programs' menu (listed as Guild Wars).

That's as clear as we can get.

Did you buy the game? Or do you think this forum is somehow the game?

That's the default place. Did you buy the game and install it? Also, it could be in D:/Program Files/Guild Wars/Gw.exe

Have you installed the account key? (That is, if you bought it and are not trying out the free download.) Once you have installed it the game will come to a screen that asks for your log-in information. In your case you would click on the link link to create a new account. That brings you to another screen where you enter the account key and create your new account.
