I have a high end sell thread that is telling me that I must wait another 10 minutes to bump it, when my last post in the thread was 24hours, 50 minutes ago.
I get:

Now is 7:06PM according to my computer clock.

It is a relatively new feature. Unfortunately, it is somewhat bugged. Sometimes it makes users wait 25 hours before allowing them to bump their thread.
