Inherent HSR 20% on staves

Is the inherant HSR meant to be on all staves, or only the ones dropped after they changed them? (By this i mean the inherent HSR of all spells)

Yep, before the update there was no HSR of all Spells 20%, only HSR 10% (gold text) or HSR 20% of Attribute (gold text). And those old staves haven't been changed.
After the update every Staff always has an inherent HSR of all spells (white text).

I forgot to add, that it was even possible to get a staff without a HSR or a HCT mod.
If your staff has a nice skin or req8, or has no inherent mod at all, I still wouldnt merch ^^

And in answer, I'd say that if it truly is a req 8, max damage, it may be worth a lot, but it might depend upon any other inherent mods. It would be best to post in the price check forum if you want a better idea of what people would pay for it. Personally, I would just keep it (but I don't need gold).
