PC Jitte

I know this is not max, but I know its somewhat rareish and the max ones go for lots of money, can anyone help with this.

It is not as rare as to warrant keeping as white/blue and with non-max damage. Even gold ones with crappy inherent and attribute could be merched without second thoughts.

Salvage the mods and merch.
