Anyone any ideas how to stop this?
Only thing thats different today is that my computer done an update last night.

My personal choice would be to do a backstep to before the update.

Then give it a day to see if its stable and you get no more blue screen errors.
You can always take the update again later.

You could check the windows performance monitoring section or your system equivalent.
That will tell you what might be causing the error.

I love how Windows never fully describes the problem. Windows 2000 Architecture has covered 2000, XP, Vista and 7 all these years.... and it was developed in/around 1999 and every single BSoD for these past 11 years has NEVER been improved upon when dumping information. It's sad really.

Two things to check:

- drivers - update to the latest drivers for all your hardware (Mobo/chipset, audio, video, etc.)

- heat - make sure all cooling fans are running properly and blow any dust bunnies out of the computer.
