r8 max rare skin flame artifact

Hey, I found a max r8 blue inscribable flame artifact with the rare skin (with the floating eye) on a storage char. According to the official wiki, this only drops from the Chest of Woe (which leaves me a little confused as to where I got a blue inscribable one), but I was wondering how much it would be worth.

if its blue and insc its obviously dropped from NF or EoTN

That's what I originally thought, but the wiki makes no mention of this rare skin being found in NF or EotN, and, while the wiki is not always right, you'd think that there would be at least SOME mention of it not being found just in the FoW (especially since it's often referred to as the "FoW skin").

So, any other ideas?

I have found exactly this same one (r8 blue max insc eye skin flame artifact) in DoA several months ago. This skin is not THAT rare anymore since I've also seen it drop in different spots in EotN, just not r8, but any mob that can drop it in EotN has also a chance of it being a blue r8.

Agree with 10-20k, possibly closer to 20 because some people may believe it's more rare than it is.

I don't know why ppl call it "rare skin" or something like that...
To me it seems that this skin drops more often than that pvp skin... especially as req8inscr...
And im pretty sure most ppl prefer the normal skin too

pc: 10k... i personally would give it to a hero. or merch it if you dont need the 10k urgent... takes to much time or space in storage to sell items like that
