I think the vast majority of armors look crap. The only ones I can somewhat bear are Gladiator's Elite, Charr Hide Elite and non-Elite and FoW armor.
However Gladiator's armor doesn't really fit in cold regions and Charr Hide doesn't really fit in warm regions and FoW is just too expensive. So I have both Gladiator and Charr Hide.

I've always been a fan of warrior fow. The fow is dyed black+blue and the zodiac sword/shield/chaos axe are dyed white to help with the glow effect.
