Ok so with the 2 second increase along with the energy buff and no more health degen, would this make it so a restoration/spawning power healing rit hero never run out of energy?
Granted I know the buffs not 24/7, but thats a lot of energy to grab for just a cost of 5, and while necros have soul reaping, ritualists can invest in runes for more powerful heals and longer lasting weapon spells with spawning power...
What do you think?

Hmm, let's see.
At 16 Spawning Power and a +20% enchantment mod, the skill nets you 35energy every 30 secs. You could use ghostly haste, which would give you 35energy every 22.5 seconds.
This translates to 1.5e/sec
You will have access to more powerful spells than a n/rt due to runes, but since the skill is an enchantment, it can be stripped and you're more likely to be a target of skills like "Shatter Enchantment".
A necro with 13 in Soul Reaping receives 39energy every 15 seconds, provided he has a large enough energy pool.
This translates to 2,6e/sec
The attribute can't be stripped, but in situations where half of the team wiped and he has to keep the others alive in a drawn out battle, he will draw the shorter straw - if he doesn't have additional e-management.
Also, his non-primary healing skills are capped at 12.
So, we have:
A rit with more powerful healing spells, but inferior energy management.
A necro with slightly less effective healing spells, but superior energy management.
Oh, and I intentionally specced the rit's SP at 16, to show that even at peak level, it's still inferior to soul reaping. So as an additional argument, even the superior runes on the rit wouldn't close the gap between him and the n/rt.
Compared to the SoS healer, the Spirit Channeling Rit is also inferior, but since this build isn't used very much due to the prominence of SoS Spammers, I won't go into detail here.
