Ya know - you'd think I'd keep better track of the quests I'd run - except I have several characters and frankly - I didn't keep track - so make fun of me... But - IS there a way to see which quests a character has finished? and naturally - which ones are left?
Does any one have any ideas?
History - What Quests has this or any Char done?

Its something I am hoping they include in GW2 but no there isn't really any way of checking except for those noted below.
eye of the North brought in books are filled in as you complete quests, outside of those you have to just remember yourself write them down or just wander around trying to find new quests you may have missed.
You could also go to guildwiki and read the list of quests and missions and see what's familiar, of course this could spoil some of the surprise of future missions.

Unfortunately there is no "easy" way
The only way would be to get a list of all quest's, where they are.. and then go to each npc to see if they have the ! over their head indicating a quest available.
also, look at your map - unless you have mapped everything and are just finishing up side quest's.. this should give you a general idea of where your character was upto and what they had left.. you can compare your map to one of the off-line maps available on the web...

I really wish there were a way to check them... I've kinda set myself the goal of doing all the quests on all the characters, and having done almost all of them (my estimate, 90% on 9 chars), I think people don't even know how many quests there are in GW...

It could have been a good idea for a title (or 4) - Legendary Questmaster - instead we got "Party Animal". :/

Not sure if i understand the OP well enough, but you can see the quests that you havent finshed or taken reward for via the Log-key (default = L).
Darcy
Sorry, GODh, that only shows the ones you have unfinished. As soon as you accept the reward, the quest is gone from the list. And there is no way to tell if you never took a quest.

I have 14 characters 5 of which I have played through almost all of the missions and quests.
Most of the others I struggle to remember where I am up to, usually because I gather them all in one place for z quests Nicholas quests and festivals.
I then have to remember what town I was in before I moved them.
Yes I can see what I have taken but not finished and I can see what towns and map areas I have opened up, but as for any minor quests left unfinished then nope no idea at all.
