my opinion .....more then 100 ecto for sure , they are rare shields and very hard to find with some good mods . i hope im not wrong with this price .

Surely 100e isn´t total overkill.

Uncommon (and cool, imo) skin with fine req & mods; Not sure about exact price but I´d agree with Masacru, around 80-100e. Get another pc for more exact price.
