I need a PC on an EL abyssal tonic

Here are the rares:

CC: 12 blood magic
CC: 9 restoration magic
CC: 12 inspiration magic

Added: What would a Q8 tactics shield go for (i'd use it on my monk for pvp)

Ever Abyssal is around 45-55e imo, but it will drop a bit i guess because it is the monthly tonic atm. Im sorry but i dont know prices of the others

The prices of Q8 shields have a big range... Will need to know mods before a
pc.. You could get a single modded blue one for 10~~ k
but an req 8 inscrib gold, With an rare skin( i.e darkwing defender/ eternal) could Cost xx e..
