Farming - What the **** happened!

Its tiresome you can't look into the most recent posts without seeing this

OMG they killed farming I am going to quit
What builds should I use to farm
QQ the elite areas are so hard I can't do them in 10 minutes anymore ANET destroyed the game

I guess stop crying and stop whining is my way of saying use the search engine and go complain on an existing thread instead creating a new one. Maybe the mods can just combine them into 2 big threads

first one titled -I am to lazy to come up with new builds please link me to wiki or tell me how to play
2nd one titled - GW is to hard please un-nerf everything

Good news is you could just keep them going for all future nerfs as well. If the mods will do anything, they will delete them. Not to mention, not everyone falls under the same dumb old "My stuff was nerf, SOUND THE ALARM!" mentality everyone wants to project. My problem is, due to the whiners and the people who whine about them, the legit, fleshed out threads are swamped with head in arse types who bothered to take the 5 seconds to respond, when they can do like me and most other people and leave a useless thread useless.Its just irritating that for every dozen bad threads that need to die, the same people come in waving flags of "get over it" when the forum is for....*gasp*....discussion. If I opened a thread right now posting 5 builds saying why SF should be reverted to when it was only maintainable with Arcane Echo, no matter how eloquent, its guaranteed im going to be called every 3,4, and 5 letter word by people who disagree, but simply wont say so or say nothing at all. Guru is all class.

I went from making 100k+ in about 1-2 hours to now where I can barely scrounge up 20k in an entire day. (with casual farming)
thats the reason why... endgame content isn't meant to be farmed so easily. its supposed to take skill. not pressing 2 buttons to make youself invincible.

...I've noticed Anet has made it almost entirely impossible and pointless to do things like Urgoz's Warren, The Deep, DoA and Slavers Exile the way they were meant to be played, or even at all. ummm.... before EoTN + Permashadow and speed clears, 20K an hour was quite acceptable --- unless you were doing 55/SS i guess. i don;t know what planet you were living on or what builds you were using to farm before, but 100K+ per hour i find extreme. that really devalues platinum to the point that rare items become extremely out of reach for anyone not doing Speed Clears or farming at the same rate everyone else is... which is Perma and 600/Smite (pre nerf).

A good example probably would be the cost of a Kuunavang has gone up quite a fair amount since people were doing speed clears.

LOL. What do you mean impossible to do The Deep or Urgoz??? How were these done before Nightfall??? I have done quite a few runs on The Deep without the use of a perma sin. Just using a W/x tank and a SY para. It takes a full team with Vent to co-ordinate, but it entirely possible using the current meta skills.
