I just sold one yesterday in game for 53k. A month or so ago I had an offer of about 50-60k on it. I'd bought it several months ago for 10k IIRC.
Over the years, I've had similar experience with these - they range all over. It's one of those tricky items where they can be really hard to find for sale when you want one and really hard to find a motivated buyer when you get one you don't want/need. I don't ever see a lot of them around for sale. The supply has always been pretty low. The demand comes and goes (one doesn't see a lot of buy ads for them,) but when I find buyers they're usually pretty motivated.
The price can vary a lot - depends on how much time/effort/luck you're willing to spend shopping around.
