Please Read Before Posting Computer Problems, Tech Guides

Just a heads up to anyone with hardware or software problems.

In order to have us help you with advice on your problem, it would be a great help to have a few notes posted in your new thread!

What we would consider help:

- Offering any text error pop-up box information that we may view. (Such as a small screen shot or a copy / paste.)

- An explaination of what you were doing at the time of the problem. (Walking down a path, joining a group, tripping over your computer cables, etc...)

- System specifics. (Such as your computer make and model, graphic card, amount of memory, internet connection, routers, and any extra information that you wish to share with us in as much detail as possible.)

- Any attempts to fix it yourself. (This will help us avoid repeating what you've done. Example: Testing other video cards, replacing memory, etc...)

Thanks to anyone offering us this information of their own will in efforts of solving their problem. We can't guarantee that we will have a solution, but the least we can do is try.
