After several weeks of trying to explore UW and FoW, I have never been able to see even the first half of them because too many teammates get disconnected. Why not let disconnected players re-join within a short time frame, say 2 minutes (in case of accidental disconnect)? And otherwise, let us replace them with a new player or, failing that, a henchman.
I know all the alternative suggestions to this situation, such as going only with guildmates and screening your teammates, etc. I have tried all those, and they offer only marginal improvements. No matter what, there is always a high probability of someone having to leave. It's just a real drag when it cripples your whole team and forces you to re-start, especially when you've already invested a couple hours getting to the far reaches of UW or FoW.
Please make disconnects recoverable

Sure, I have had a few people drop out of missions only to get them whispering me "sorry lagged out come back to town and lets restart"
However make it more than 2 minutes, lets say.... 5 minutes or maybe 10.

.Well, perhaps that should provide a clue to ANet that it needs to be addressed then! Personally it's why I left GW, and I won't be back until they fix it.
