quick question maybe silly but...

i'm playing my ele and had margrid throw down winter ritual do ya think its a decent idea turning any element damage into cold damage ? i'm mainly a fire ele and just wondering if this could be real good in some areas since some mobs don't get hit very hard by fire spells and i can aoe with cold damage instead.

If you're in a mission where foes have extra protection against Fire damage then it's good to change it. (Think Hell's Precipice)

It's also a good skill in Riholn Refuge. The final boss there does massive Earth damage and I think one of his skills says something like inflict extra damage each time you're hit with Earth Damage. If winter is down, he'll never do earth damage.

yeah i used it in hell's precipice that was just funny too bad no nature spirits to change dmg to lighting,earth or fire for magic
