This skin worth anything?

I'd try for more like 10-15k at least. That's one of the only, if not the only, wand skins that drops inscribable with a Healing requirement. The only other insc. Healing req. wands I can think of are things like crafted items and BMP wands which come in all atts.

If one is looking to build a Healing wand with, say, 20/20 mods out of inscribable gear and wand mods, this is one of the few options out there. And there doesn't ever really seem to be a shortage of folks looking to build Healing gear.

EDIT - regarding the comments below about Holy Rods, I agree with Stuey. I've only ever seen or heard about "Holy Rods" with a DF requirement. It's possible to craft something with the same skin from weaponsmiths called "Healing Rod," but the ones of those I've seen will not dye while most named "Holy Rods" will.
And yeah, I forgot about the Frog Scepters - that's a gold loot drop wand that might have a Healing requirement. As mentioned, such a wand would be a lot more expensive.

It's not particularly rare as a drop, but it's particularly rare as a decent-looking healing wand. The only other skins that drop inscribable with a healing req are holy rod (also crafter/collector) and froggy scepter. And then, of course, there's crafter/collector/BMP/green stuff.
